madebyawad.com doesn't sell anything directly and doesn't take payments. You can't be charged through this site.
Project payments and refunds
Every project starts with a written proposal or agreement that you approve before any work begins. That document sets out the price, any deposit, the payment schedule, what happens if the project is cancelled, and when refunds apply. I don't start paid work without one.
If your agreement doesn't cover a situation, email me at samir@madebyawad.com and we'll sort it out in good faith.
Costs paid to other companies
Some parts of a project are paid directly to other companies, such as domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, and advertising spend on Meta or Google. Those charges follow each company's own refund rules, and I can't refund money that went to them.
