What this site is
This site describes my web design services and shows examples of my work. The FAQ answers and other content are general information. They aren't legal, financial, or tax advice, and they aren't a promise of any specific result.
Services are covered by a separate agreement
Sending the contact form doesn't create a contract or a client relationship. If we decide to work together, the scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and ownership of the work will be set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, ad performance, and sales depend on things outside my control, including Google, Meta, your market, and your competitors. Any timelines or examples on this site describe typical experience, not guarantees.
Ownership of site content
The design, text, code, and graphics of this site belong to Samir Awad, unless noted otherwise. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or republish its content or design without my written permission.
The client websites shown on this site, including their names, logos, photos, and content, belong to their owners. They appear here as examples of my work. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those companies endorse me.
The site uses fonts, icons, and code libraries under their own licenses: Satoshi (Indian Type Foundry, Fontshare license), JetBrains Mono and Source Serif 4 (SIL Open Font License), Phosphor Icons (MIT License), GSAP (GreenSock standard license), and Lenis (MIT License).
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, sending spam or harmful code through the contact form, or using it to break any law.
